In order to make this fender so narrow , you have to put a lot of stretching in there, a lot of repeating steps stretched- leveled up, again and again, until you reached the desired curvature longitudinal and transversal

Pentru a face acest tip de aripă, atât de îngustă, trebuie repetat procedeul de ”intindere- nivelare” de nenumarate ori(am si pierdut numaratoarea la un moment dat), până când se obține curbura dorită, atit longitudinală cit și transversală.

Specially designed for the Yamaha Dragstar, the goal was,: the comfort ,but we didn't want to sacrifice the characteristic style, that specific look .

A large seat for better comfort, 36 cm or 14" wide sitting area with 35 mm or 1.37" high density foam to give you a nice and comfortable ride for quite long rides, as much as a saddle of its kind can offer. Made from vegetable tanned buffalo leather  froma a local tannery, combined with thin goat leather (well known for its resistance), sealed seams(underneath),buried seams(at top) hand dyed with professional leather dye made in the USA.
