 We've ahead  a bit with this cool project, till now we have a complete exhaust,rear sub frame and seats both style classic and bobber (more image to came) ,licensed plate  and latest work

-front and rear aluminium fenders.

Fancy 4 mm edges beaded,not to slime nor to wide but enough long to cover the tire even beneath the swing arm so the engine will keep clean.

Will  be a bit challenging to mount this fender on this monolever  arm

Tire dimension 120/80 -18"  

I was used to build this type of fenders closest as possible to the tire, I wouldn't imagine that will look so cool and is  quite far from the tire( 3cm -1,18")

 A back pack  personalized in every way ,the  overall design  it belongs to the owner  who own a Brewery also  came with the  idea for an detachable  bottle holder  for carrying  the beer  on the bag or  to the belt ,  we receive a picture after a sketch made by the owner  and from there...well! I supposed that you already see the final product.

The bottle holder can be very useful  for example to hold you coffee, or your soda water, a phone holder, keys, umbrella, knife,  you name it . with the right holder that we can made and personalize for you.

The shoulders straps are made from 100% jute, doubled, stitched, dyed by hand to match the  leather color, hardware  are hand made from stainless steel, here in our shop.

Inside has a generous pocket for 13-14" size laptop that is made from 1cm thick  foam wrapped in 100% cotton, edge bounded with leather, even if is inside, and nobody see that, you know that you have quality inside too!

We use YKK metallic zippers  from Japan made on order(almost one month waiting period ,it worth waiting for every day) the biggest tooth size there were passible made, we put a  long leather tongue for better grip wen opening the bag.

The leather we use is a premium2.5-3mm  vegetable tanned leather provided from an  local supplier, cut and dyed by hand, a leather that's firm and thick enough to stay firm for a long time,

Realizată din piele groasă de vită tabacită vegetal, vopsită manual, croită manual, cataramele si ele sunt concepute și formate manual din alamă solidă... in late cuvinte va prezentăm un produs realizat manual, de un singur om, cap-coada.

Se potrivește pe majoritatea modelelor H.D Dyna, atașată, fixată pe partea stângă (se poate realiza și pentru partea dreaptă), cu curele din piele,de suportul aripii spate, Spatele este armat cu placă de metal, care va asigura o ținută robustă, fermă .

Aceasta geantă are si da la rindul ei un Aspect clasic,elegant, asezata in unghi paralel cu telescopul spate,dând o linie placută, aspectului general al motocicletei.

BMW R12 gas tank -BMW R16 gas tank-BMW R35 gas tank- Petrol tank BMW R12-R16

 Step by step  we present  a replica gas tank for  the BMW R12-R16 and the more difficult R 35, is hand made from steel sheet metal, the buck is actually made from concrete, the shape was taken from an old busted BMW R35 gas tank wich I was lucky to have it in may hand years ago actually was really handy to have it.

if there will be a next time it will definitely come out much better, I learn some tricks in the making process, refigured the pattern, yeah I'm quite sure next time will be much easier.
