Vegetable tanned leather combined with chrome leather might be a pain in the ass... different thickness, texture,one is malleable than the other,completely different in every way.

The sides are all around hand carved in vegetable tanned leather, Sheridan style, giving a nice patina(I think)...bla bla...

The upper part is twice thinner than the sides which is a cowhide embossed crock leather, which was tricky to handle, to fit... but! in the end, I think we deed a great job,I'll let you to decide that.
