 The FIRST STEP, remove all plastic, signals, mirrors, headlight, taillight, aboard back... stop! Cutting of all useless supports...
For the next stage, decide the shape to the rear frame, seat, fuel tank, fenders...
When the final image is printed in our heads, we start to remove the engine into he frame, powder painting the frame ....

oioioiii! is a long way to the fina , but it will be worth it in the end... I hope!

Charlies custom Dnepr MT 11 hand made saddle

Saddle made 100% manual, Pan-T frame, clothing of leather - Italian leather (although honestly, I believe that those who say "made from Italian leather", is just to sound good in your ear, leather is leather! but that it's just my opinion) manual stitch whit 1mm wax thread, in reality the color is gorgeous, for me it was so difficult to cut (my problem is that I attach even to my leathers on the shelves). Thank you Charlie for the order!

home made tool cart

I recycled the wood material from an old furniture, a metal frame of L-shaped profile and I went out this portable tool cart. When the weather is good, the intervention technique at a motorcycle I was doing outside, it is damn annoying to make all way out of the garage and back. It's not super fancy, but  it's very useful, practical. I think I'll make another one, being small and portable with many shelves can store even more tools in them.

  Can be move anywhere, does not occupy much place........

Wide handlebar Indian style.

In the previous post with saddle made by me, for my bike, in one of the pictures he saw the handlebars... A good friend it call me the next day and asks me to made one identical to that seen in images. The rest is history! Thanks for call of my services, makes me feel useful! Thanks!
