Welding points, alignments, functionality... unless you have a jig, I honestly don't  felt the need to build one, it's just time spent, I know time is money!
However if you put your head to the contribution, you use what you have in your garage, workshop, The idea is to be everywhere lined up, perpendicularity, parallelism...

carefully you can get it all and you will have a fully functional  front end fork.... see the clip. under the action of Springs will work even more beautiful.

This way I want to thank the one who appealed to my services and I am grateful for the chance, for trusting, and given me this opportunity.

Springer fork front end, only steel was used, cold rolled pipe 5mm and 4mm wall, 15mm steel sheet, bronze bushings, hardened steel pivot axle, front wheel axle from a planetary shaft. Bolts with high quenching. Unfinished!

front end-girder fork

Girder Fork is ready and is on sale the frame, and many parts of Ural M62-63 camshaft show wear, the crankshaft has beats, cylinder heads are reconditioned, intake increased, WW-audi Pistons, 4-cylinder (a pair is worn, the other must share the repair new )...

It took me some time and patience a lot, but, worth the effort.

Una din primele fabricații majore, Furcă Springer, o furcă clasică cu arcuri elicoidale, o scurtă prezentare:

Brațul fix al ansamblului direcție față este din țeavă de înaltă presiune Dn exter. 38 cu perete de 6mm, brațul mobil este din OL pătrat răsucit la rece, arborii sunt din OL plat de 15mm proiectați și frezați după cerințe. Capetele de pivotare din bară de oțel strunjită, cu Bucsi, rokkeri din OL plat de 15mm.
Caracteristici tehnice:
- lungime: 78cm (brațul fix)
- cursă călătorie arcuri: max. 12cm (reglabilă)
- rake -35 gr.
- trail aproape de 0 (ciclistică bună)
- puncte de pivotare bucsate atât la braț phi - braț mobil în rokkeri cât și la axurile de fixare a arcurilor în arborele intermediar (cel de mijloc)
- axuuri de pivotare ale arcurilor din OL tratat
- ax roată modificat, prelucrat dintr-un ax de roată spate de Dnepr.
