58CM IN HEIGHT, IS THE HUGEST BAR I EVER MADE SO FAR ,WHICH IS WHY WE'VE CHOSEN THE STEEL TUBE 26.9mm, WITH WALL OF 3.6 mm,to be sure, to make sure it doesn't give up!
IT WAS A CHALLENGE, BENDING the LONGITUDINAL bars, IN VIEW OF THE FACT THAT THEY HAVE RADIUS OF wide CURVATURE, IN THE END THEY CAME OUT GREAT.


E cel mai înalt ghidon făcut până în prezent, motiv pentru care am ales şi folosit ţeava de 26,9mm cu perete de 3,6mm, să fim siguri, să avem siguranţa că nu cedeaza în timp. A fost o provocare obţinerea unei aşa raze mari de curbură la barele transversale, într-un final au ieşit bine.

  third attempt..but it came out as desired. 22 mm bar ends, TIG welding, for the first time!!!.... in other words, a project that has brought me many satisfactions, it was a pleasure!

z-bar -devil's horn

If you put the name "Draku" to your bike, (my friend George's ride), some devil horns are in order.

Working with high quality material, 22 mm pipe with 3,3 mm wall in thickness; excellent composition. It behaved perfectly while welding and bending. it was a pleasure to work on this handlebar... together!

not a big fan of polishing so I handed over the task to my "right hand man", to complete the job.

After that,  from a front fender we made three useful things. Front fender, rear fender and third... surprise!

They were'n my ideas, the handle bar and the fender. I just made them​; the fender was just cut off.

  

A bit sad because it was only for one day... or two.

But everything came out beautiful!
