Old chainsaw sthil 08 S

Being an enthusiast of old stuff, classic, vintage, scrap yards, you name it, I was needed and I wanted to have, a chainsaw, of course not just watch it, to use it. One day I walked into a "pawn shop" where I came across to this clasic tool. Feeling at the first sight and first touch is indescribable,  I wanted... done! I left the store with it in my hand.
They said that they were manufactured from 1956 until in 90`s, I think this model was among the first, perhaps  60`s... 50 years old!!!, believe me it works, is a real brute, cut all that comes in its way...
for now will be a few small retouched to look and probably in the winter when I have time I WIL clean and restore all ... hope so.

Fiind un împătimit al lucrurilor vechi, clasice, vintage, scrap yards, numiţi-le voi, îmi era necesar şi-mi doream să am, pe lânga cele ale casei, o drujbă, desigur! Nu să mă uit la ea ci să o folosesc. Într-o zi am intrat într-un amanet unde am dat peste această unealtă clasică. Feelingul care a dat peste mine la prima vedere şi prima atingere e de nedescris, o vroiam şi gata! Ieşit-am din magazin cu ea în mână.
Se spune că au fost fabricate începând cu anii 1956 pâna în 1995, cred că acest model a fost printre primele, probabil prin ani 1960, ca atare o fi având mai bine de 50 de ani, credeţi-mă că merge, e o adevărata brută... taie tot ce prinde în cale.
Pentru moment vor fi câteva mici retuşerii la estetică şi probabil în iarnă, când voi avea timp o voi reface şi-n interior".
